    uh, awesome!
I just discovered that you all are doing this, and I am so so excited for you. last summer I rode my bike across america to raise funds and awareness for Blood:Water Mission. It took us 7 weeks, and we rode the southern route. We wore Project Rwanda jerseys and I loved them. I think this is so great what you are doing, and I will be following you. Our tour was called the Ride:Well Bike Tour and they are doing it again this year (different people). Such an amazing, inexplainable, life changing experience. Can I come with?

    John,

Your Dad told me about your adventure. When you get to Eastern Oregon contact me I’ll give you some info about local points of interest, spots, etc.

You’ll probably be within 7 miles of my mountain place where I spend time in the summer and fall.

    Ben and Company,

I still think you guys are absolutely nuts! I could barely drive cross country much less cycle. It will be an amazing accomplishment for your charity and your spirit. Congrats on having the courage to tackle such a huge challange.

    Best,

    Radey

    Dan and Friends,

You guys are an inspiration! This must have taken an incredible amount of planning and preparation. We are all proud to know you and impressed by your charity (I am actually having my students view your website today because we just finished a literature unit on people living in poverty, and the students are interested in how they can help. I will encourage them to donate to your website…maybe even some extra credit points if they do…). Have fun and be careful! (do you have mirrors on your bikes? and reflectors?….for safety….I worry…..

Ryan, We met your parents at breakfast at the Bayberry Inn in Ashland this morning! They told us about your cross country trek! I’m sure you must know about the Adventure Cycling Association with their headquarters in Missoula, MT. If not, here is their phone number: 1-800-755-2453. They are one of the best resources anyone could have on a trip like this! You will find a lot of great people, all kinds of people, bicyclists and non-bicyclists, who will help you out all the way across. I have a lot of family and friends in the Chicagoland area, so if you guys need any help, I’m sure they would be more than willing. The best of luck to all of you! Al and Jimneta

Enjoyed the visit we had at the Vale Post Office. My twin boys were very interested in your home states and that you would ride across the US. Have a safe trip and hope to hear from you along the way. Hope you enjoyed Eastern Oregon and your overnight in Vale.

I love this. Got it from a friend of Jon Miller. I do work in Rwanda and I love that you are supporting the purchase of more bikes for the coffee growers. Coffee is one of the main exports from Rwanda and they are determined to build that business and increase their in house economic situation. Currently only 13% of the governments budget is generated from businesses and tourism within the country. You are doing your part, from a long distance, for a long distance, with big hearts and hopefully great results.
    Power on!

I hope that your next trip will be in Rwanda. It is a safe and interesting and wonderful place to explore and travel.

Enjoyed having you here. All who met you were impressed and in awe of what you are doing. Continued blessings on your trip cross country.
